1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the ApkaFiling portal and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Services
ApkaFiling provides online facilitation services for business registration, tax filing (Income Tax, GST, TDS), accounting, and corporate compliance. We connect clients with qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs), Company Secretaries (CS), and legal professionals.
Note: We are a private consultancy firm and are NOT affiliated with the Government of India or any of its departments (MCA, IT Dept, etc.) in an official capacity.
3. Client Obligations & Accuracy of Information
To ensure timely and accurate compliance, the Client agrees to:
- Provide true, accurate, and complete information and documents required for filings.
- Promptly respond to queries raised by the assigned expert.
- Acknowledge that ApkaFiling and its partners are not liable for any penalties, interest, or notices generated due to the client providing false, incomplete, or delayed information.
4. Government Fees & Timelines
The total fee quoted for services generally includes professional fees and standard government fees. However, any unexpected hike in government challans, stamp duties, or late filing penalties imposed by the government must be borne by the Client. Furthermore, timelines provided are estimates based on standard government processing times and are subject to departmental delays beyond our control.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ApkaFiling, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or our services. Our maximum liability for any service failure is strictly limited to the professional fees paid by you for that specific service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
