Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Refund Rules

At ApkaFiling, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for our clients. Due to the nature of professional services and consultancy, our refund policies are strictly governed by the milestone of work completed.

2. Eligibility for Full Refund

You are eligible for a 100% refund (minus any payment gateway charges) ONLY if:

  • You cancel the service request before our experts have commenced work on your application or drafted any documents.
  • We are unable to provide the service due to an internal issue on our end.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Once the application/filing has been submitted to the government portal (e.g., MCA, Income Tax Department, GST Portal).
  • If the government rejects your application due to non-availability of name, incorrect documents provided by you, or failure to respond to departmental queries in a timely manner.
  • Government Fees: Any challans or stamp duty paid to the government on your behalf are strictly non-refundable.
  • If you change your mind after the assigned Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary has invested significant professional time into analyzing, drafting, or computing your data.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
